Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hotel Famous Haridwar, we strive to provide a smooth booking experience. The following refund policy applies to all reservations made through our website.

Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellation made more than 72 hours before check-in: Eligible for full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellation made between 24 and 72 hours before check-in: Eligible for 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund will be applicable.

No Show

If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking shall be treated as a No Show and no refund shall be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Hotel Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Hotel Famous Haridwar is unable to honour a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
