Booking Policy
- Room reservations are subject to availability.
- Guests must provide accurate information during booking.
- Hotel Famous Haridwar reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
Payment Policy
The hotel may provide the following payment options:
- Pay 30% advance online to confirm the booking and pay the remaining amount during check-in.
- Pay the entire amount at the hotel during check-in (if this option is enabled by the hotel administration).
Advance payments are non-transferable and are governed by the cancellation and refund policy.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:30 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Identification
All guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID at the time of check-in.
Occupancy Rules
- Room occupancy limits must be followed.
- Additional guests may be charged extra according to the hotel’s pricing policy.
- Children below the permitted age may stay according to the room occupancy rules mentioned during booking.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid any unlawful, abusive or disruptive activities within the hotel premises.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in case of misconduct.
Liability
Hotel Famous Haridwar shall not be responsible for loss of cash, valuables, jewellery or personal belongings of guests.
